Each session is a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, emotions, and goals. We’ll work collaboratively to develop coping skills, process difficult emotions, and nurture your well-being.
-
The first session is an intake appointment lasting 60 minutes. During this time, we’ll talk about what has been bringing you to therapy, review your history, and discuss your goals so we can determine how therapy can best support you.
Ongoing therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes, with the option for 45-minute sessions if a shorter appointment works better for your schedule. We can decide together what session length feels most supportive for you.
-
Therapy provides a supportive space to talk openly about your experiences in motherhood. Together we explore your emotions, identify helpful coping tools, and work toward helping you feel more confident, supported, and connected to yourself during this season of life.

Many therapists choose not to work directly with insurance companies so they can provide care that is more private, flexible, and focused on each client’s individual needs. Insurance companies often require therapists to provide a mental health diagnosis, share treatment information, and follow specific limitations on the type and length of therapy that can be provided.
By operating as a private-pay practice, I am able to maintain greater confidentiality and tailor therapy to what is most helpful for you rather than what insurance dictates. This allows us to focus fully on your goals and the support you need during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
